We love working with the Apartment Association Greater Inland Empire, also known as AAGIE, and we were excited to present at their annual trade show last Friday. What’s AAGIE? they are an advocate for an ethical and strong rental housing industry and they also provide education and services to their members, enabling them to operate successfully. We think they do a lot of great work, and are happy to work with them as often as we do, helping them provide education and services to the members.
We met so many people, many from apartment associations, owners of multiple rental properties and property managers, and one of the things we were asked the most was about pet odor and smoking. It seemed to be the topic on everyone’s mind, and they had a lot of concerns about removing the odors from pets and smoking that renters had left behind. We gave them as many tips as we could for that as we were gearing up for our water mitigation program presentations. We talked about:
- Dry-In-3 Guarantee program: Category I Class 1 and 2 losses are guaranteed to dry in three days or less
- Predict-A-Dry program: Know the price before the job starts, which helps to control overages and reduce cost
Ricelli, our marketing associate, had this to say about the day: “Great day at the AAGIE Conference! The property managers who stopped by our booth were excited to learn about a smart alternative to what they are currently doing for property damage. Our interaction with the guests was, for the most part, natural and felt effortless. We made a real effort to get to know the people who passed by our booth—it was a really friendly crowd—while some other companies (who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty!) stood around in their booth! They even had spelling mistakes in their sign. Oops!”
Our team really pulled together and rocked! From what Ricelli reported from the event, our customers are going to expect us to have Lindor truffles on us at all times, as our chocolate treats were very popular at the show. We’ll do our best, but they’ll probably be melted in the summer! And we don’t want to have to clean that off our trucks’ upholstery…
Thanks again, AAGIE! We are looking forward to your next event.
